Cakes have been integral part of every occasion. Some people say it symbolizes abundance but for some it denotes good because it is bread and bread denotes good of love. Well, all I know is cake is always present in our home on special occasions or even without occasions and we are having sweet tooth.
Last October 30, we celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary and what we had is Red Ribbon's Tiramisu Meltdown.
Tiramisu Meltdown is a heavenly three-layer cake of choco chiffon and cream cheese filling, dapple with a hint of coffee liquor.
It looks too sweet but it is not. The cream cheese and coffee balances the sweetness of the chocolate meltdown and toppings. It's heaven! Do you want a slice?
